These Terms of Service govern your use of Sadhya Jyotish, including our website, booking system, customer account, consultation services, Kundli reports, support channels and related digital services. By using the platform or booking a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Sadhya Jyotish provides online astrology-related consultation services such as Vedic astrology guidance, Kundli analysis, matchmaking, remedies, vastu, numerology, tarot or related spiritual guidance depending on the plan selected. The service is intended for personal reflection, cultural guidance and decision-support. It is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological, career or relationship counselling.
You must provide accurate information while booking, including name, contact details, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth where required. Incorrect or incomplete details may affect the consultation or report quality, and Sadhya Jyotish will not be responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
All consultations must be booked through the website or authorised support channels. Prices, plan duration, inclusions and available slots are shown before booking. Payment must be completed in advance unless we explicitly allow another arrangement. A booking is confirmed only after payment and successful confirmation from our system or support team.
We try to connect consultations at the selected time. Minor delays may happen due to prior sessions, network issues, consultant availability or operational reasons. Users should be available on the registered phone, email or communication channel during the scheduled slot.
Rescheduling may be allowed only when requested sufficiently before the scheduled time and subject to consultant availability. Same-day, last-minute or repeated rescheduling requests may be declined. If a user is unavailable, unreachable or does not join at the scheduled time, the session may be treated as completed or missed.
Users must communicate respectfully with consultants and support staff. Abusive language, harassment, threats, illegal requests, attempts to manipulate reviews or misuse of the platform may lead to cancellation, account restriction or refusal of future service without refund.
Kundli reports, notes, remedies, messages, call guidance and other materials provided through the platform are for the customer's personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, published or used commercially without written permission from Sadhya Jyotish.
Astrological guidance is interpretive and belief-based. We do not guarantee marriage, job, business success, health outcome, financial gain, legal result, immigration result, pregnancy, lottery, exam result or any specific life event. Decisions made after a consultation remain the user's personal responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadhya Jyotish, its owners, consultants and team members will not be liable for indirect loss, emotional distress, business loss, financial loss or decisions taken by users based on consultation guidance. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We may update plans, prices, consultants, timings, website features and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
