Sadhya Jyotish follows a strict no-refund policy for astrology consultations, Kundli services, digital reports and related guidance services once a booking is confirmed. Because our services involve reserved consultant time, personalised preparation, birth-chart analysis, administrative coordination and digital delivery, payments are generally final and non-refundable.
Although we do not offer refunds as a normal policy, we will review genuine operational issues fairly. If the same payment is accidentally charged more than once for the same booking, the duplicate amount may be reversed or adjusted after verification. If Sadhya Jyotish is completely unable to provide the booked service due to our side and no suitable reschedule or alternative is possible, we may offer rescheduling, service credit, replacement consultation or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Where possible, our first resolution is rescheduling the session or arranging an alternate consultant of suitable expertise. Rescheduling depends on consultant availability and must be requested through official support channels before the scheduled slot.

Operational issues are usually reviewed within 3-7 working days after receiving complete details. If a duplicate payment reversal or exceptional refund is approved, the final timeline depends on the payment gateway, bank or UPI provider.
Sadhya Jyotish reserves the right to reject refund requests that are fraudulent, repetitive, unsupported by records, raised after unreasonable delay or related to subjective disagreement with astrological guidance.
