After successful payment, booking confirmation is delivered digitally through the website, email, phone, WhatsApp or other authorised support channels. The consultation is delivered at the selected date and time slot, subject to consultant availability and successful booking confirmation.
If a selected plan includes a Kundli PDF, notes, remedies or other digital materials, they are shared through email, WhatsApp, customer account or another digital channel after the consultation or within the timeline communicated by our team.
Since our services are delivered online, there are no physical shipping charges. Any amount displayed on the website relates to consultation or digital service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
